Welcome aboard!

By booking one of our sailing tours, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking & Payment

To confirm your spot on any sailing tour, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Your reservation is considered confirmed once payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email.

Accepted Payment Methods:
Credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and bank transfers.

2. Weather Conditions & Tour Modifications

All sailing tours are subject to suitable sea and weather conditions to ensure safety and overall experience.

We begin monitoring marine forecasts 5 days prior to departure.
We consider forecasts reliable from 3 days up to 24 hours before the tour.

If persistent adverse conditions (such as strong wind or rough seas) are expected, we will:

• Try to reschedule or anticipate the tour based on your availability

• Offer a full refund if rescheduling isn’t possible, only if cancellation is made at least 3 days prior to departure

⚠️ No refunds will be provided if the client decides to wait until within 24 hours of departure and sea conditions remain unsuitable, as the risk is acknowledged at that point.

If conditions are safe but not sunny (i.e., overcast skies or light rain), the tour will still take place —
“Rain or Shine” applies when navigation is safe.

Tours may be rescheduled or canceled due to:

• Winds exceeding 20 knots

• Sea conditions rated Beaufort scale 4 or above

• Any other condition compromising guest safety or navigation

3. Client Cancellations

As tours are prepaid and held exclusively for you:

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable

• Rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability

• Up to 7 days before departure → 50% refundable

• 6 to 4 days before departure → 40% refundable

• 3 days to 24 hours before departure → 20% refundable

• Less than 24 hours or no-show → No refund

4. Safety & Conduct On Board

All passengers must follow the safety instructions provided by the skipper and crew.

The skipper has full authority on board and may:

• Deny boarding or end the tour early in case of dangerous or disruptive behavior

• No refunds will be issued in such cases

5. Liability Disclaimer

Sailing involves inherent risks. By booking, you accept full responsibility for your personal safety and belongings.

The company is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage unless caused by proven negligence.

6. Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes:

• Trip cancellation coverage

• Medical emergencies

• Loss or damage to personal belongings

7. Health & Special Requirements

If you have any:

• Medical conditions

• Mobility limitations

• Dietary restrictions

Please inform us at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but some requests may not be guaranteed.

8. Children On Board

Children under 8 years old are not allowed on board for safety reasons.
All minors must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

9. Final Notes

• The skipper may alter the itinerary at any time due to weather, sea state, or unforeseen events

• Hard-shell luggage is not permitted – please use soft bags or backpacks only

• By confirming your booking, you accept all conditions outlined above
